Hydraulic forklift scale / on-board weighing / no fork change

Turn any forklift into a scale.

Forklift Scale Systems reads your forklift's own hydraulic pressure to weigh loads while you lift them — no fork replacement, no loss of lifting capacity. A practical on-board forklift weighing system for teams that need fast, in-process weight checks without walking loads to a floor scale.

Designed for in-process weighing — not legal for trade. Forklift Scale Systems is built for overload prevention, stock and shipment control, not for certified commercial billing.

Why Forklift Scale Systems

Three reasons buyers switch to hydraulic weighing.

Load-cell forks are accurate but expensive, heavy, and they eat into your rated capacity. Forklift Scale Systems takes a different route.

Lower cost of ownership

A pressure-sensor system costs a fraction of load-cell weighing forks, so you can equip more trucks for the same budget.

Fast, non-invasive install

The sensor taps into the existing hydraulic line and the display mounts in the cab. No custom forks, no structural changes.

No lost lifting capacity

Because there are no heavy instrumented forks, your forklift keeps its full rated capacity and your operators keep their forks.

How It Works

Weigh on the forks, without walking to a floor scale.

Forklift Scale Systems connects a pressure sensor to the lift cylinder's hydraulic line and converts the reading into a calibrated weight shown on the in-cab display.

1

Sensor taps the hydraulic line

A pressure sensor is fitted to the lift cylinder's oil inlet via a T-fitting — no changes to the forks or mast.

Height markers that show the operator the correct weighing position
2

Lift to the marked height

Simple markers let the operator weigh at the same reference height every time, keeping repeat readings consistent.

Read the weight on the display

The calibrated system shows the load weight instantly — tare and calibration are quick, one-time steps.

FT 200 Series

One product family, five capacity options.

Choose the FT 200 model that matches your forklift's rated capacity. Every model works the same way — the difference is the weighing range.

FT 200 - 2

0–2 T

For small forklifts and light-load operations.

FT 200 - 5

0–5 T

Ideal for warehousing, shipping and general handling.

FT 200 - 10

0–10 T

For medium and heavy industrial loads.

FT 200 - 16

0–16 T

For high-capacity forklift operations.

FT 200 - 20

0–20 T

For heavy loads and specialised handling.

Applications

Where on-board weighing pays off.

Forklift weighing pallets in a warehouse before loading

Logistics & warehousing

Verify pallet and outbound loads on the forks before they reach the truck — no detour to a floor scale.

Forklift handling heavy material in a manufacturing plant

Manufacturing & heavy industry

Confirm loads stay within capacity and keep in-process material planning accurate.

Forklift weighing agricultural crates during intake

Recycling & agriculture

Weigh scrap, bins and crates during intake and loading to speed up throughput.

Forklift operating on a busy site

Construction & sites

Prevent overload and keep a running record of material moved on site.
